Systematise or Die!

Ok…so perhaps that heading is a little too dramatic.

But..if you really want to get the best out of practice (and life) it really pays to systematise.

While you might not be a big fan of McDonalds food you should admire their systems.

I’m a little ashamed to admit it but in my earlier days I’ve eaten McDonalds in restaurants around the world and I’m here to tell you that Big Macs taste the same in Paris, Capetown, New York and Melbourne….this is no accident and is clearly the result of a rock solid system. (imagine if we could have that kind of consistency in chiropractic around the world 🙂

So what exactly do I mean by systematise?  Here’s how Box Theory described a business system

A system is a procedure, process, method, or course of action designed to achieve a specific result. Its component parts and interrelated steps work together for the good of the whole. Creating effective business systems is the only way to attain results that are consistent, measurable, and ultimately benefit customers.

Sadly one of the areas neglected most in chiropractic practices is new patient attraction.

So…let’s look at a way that you could systematise your new patient marketing.

I’ve shot a quick video here that explains the 6 step new patient automation process that we teach at The Game Plan One Day Workshop

Yes it requires a little work up front (most systems do) but once that’s done you can sit back and enjoy the results….yippee!!

Hope this helps 🙂

So…have you tried systematising any areas of your practice?

What were the results, let us know.

As always,  thanks for all you do.

Keep saving lives

Angus
