Ep58. Ending Overwhelm With The Next Logical Step Framework.

Todays episode is all about crushing OVERWHELM.  Our guest and my very good friend Dr Billy Chow has a fabulous framework for helping practitioners get UNSTUCK and back on track by focusing on what he calls the next logical step (he learnt this from an episode of House of Cards).

I love this framework for 2 reasons…1. it’s simple and 2. it really works.

We also had a bunch of other great discussions.  Here’s a taste:

  • why people refer and what to do to get them doing more of it
  • why we think promotional marking is dead and what to do instead
  • a heart centred (non pushy) to reach out to other businesses in your community
  • the importance of authenticity and why that might be your secret weapon

Hope you enjoy listening to this one as much as I did recording it.
