I spent the entire 4 days completely immersed in the all star summit - and today I have been on FIRE! I have already tweaked some communication tips, I've STOPPED saying how are you? (such a habit), I've used the opportunity to tell them something amazing about their body (TTAT - Russ Rosen), and I've lifted them out of symptom consciousness - into functional/performance/lifestyle consciousness (Martin Harvey). I realised that while getting agreement around their program of care was pretty good - I needed to be clearer (Brandi). I've asked "does that work for you? then applied the SUP (Dave Jackson), I've kept focus on Value of chiropractic adjustment, and less about other things like green smoothies - Shawn Dill, I have material for a ROF folder which will include linking stressors from their initial ( Troy Dukowitz), I have come more from the heart - Stephen Franson. I have actively suggested 2 internal referrals, I have booked an external talk, and we have set a date for an internal event.

Ha - all in one day ;)\Still working on the plans around sub-station but getting closer. Can NOT thank you enough for lighting a fire under my backside.I have pages of notes that I'm looking forward to summarizing for our team.
